I think that without our agent Martha Briggs, helping us through all the little roadblocks in getting the house sold, such as counselling and facilitating all the requests that the buyers were wanting and making sure that our expectations and the buyers expectations with their agent were met and were reasonable, I think we would have not had the patience to follow through.

She kept a level patient attitude throughout the whole process when I was at times losing my patience.
